Background: Mostly hospital + outpatient surgery centers (OR/endoscopy); Med Center experience 30+ years. License: Texas RN. Experience: 45 years. Looking for a change of pace. Schedule: prefers day shifts; weekdays or weekends OK; not nights. Flexible on day shift start times. Commute: prefer ~25–30 miles north or south from Pearland (local assignment). Duties: OK with heavy lifting/transfers. Dementia care: willing if part of role. Pay: RN target $30–$40/hr (negotiable). Caregiver/med-aide minimum: $20/hr.
