I am the inventor of the world's first working Carnot heat engine — operating on a true Carnot cycle (isothermal expansion → adiabatic expansion → isothermal compression → adiabatic compression). The Carnot cycle has been the theoretical efficiency ceiling since 1824, but no practical implementation existed until now. Patent pending.
Key characteristics:
- Genuine Carnot-cycle thermodynamics — theoretically maximum thermal efficiency
- Runs on temperature differentials below 2°C — current prototype uses aluminum cans and plastic tubing with water as piston medium
- No crankshaft needed — outputs rotational power directly
- Multiple configurations: rotary, reciprocating, annular-kinetic, hollow-tube variants
- Can fully replace Stirling engines/heat pumps, and potentially other heat engines at higher temperature differentials
Target applications: ocean thermal energy (OTEC), industrial waste heat recovery, low-grade geothermal, solar thermal, body-heat harvesting.
