About the Team
The AIBP team needs AI-native product builders with strong product intuition, hands-on AI experimentation, business empathy, and the courage to push projects forward. You will enter real business scenarios, find AI opportunities, build demos, and help pilots succeed.

你会做什么
- 跟着资深 PM 或独立认领，扎进试点 BU 做业务痛点调研与 AI 机会挖掘。
- 用 LLM / 工作流工具快速做 Demo，小步快跑验证想法。
- 跟一线反馈迭代方案，推动样板项目跑通。
- 参与跑出人效对照数据，证明 AI 项目的真实价值。
What You Will Do
- Work with senior PMs or independently own pilot areas to research business pain points and discover AI opportunities.
- Use LLMs and workflow tools to build demos quickly and validate ideas through fast iteration.
- Collect frontline feedback, improve solutions, and help pilot projects succeed.
- Help measure productivity impact and prove the real business value of AI projects.
我们希望你具备
- 顶尖院校毕业，应届或毕业 1–2 年，专业不限但要有强逻辑与学习能力。
- AI 原生，自己折腾过 AI 产品、Agent 或自动化工具，能拿出作品或具体案例。
- 产品直觉与业务共情力出色，能快速理解陌生业务。
- 主动、能跑、敢推动，泡得进业务、扛得住一线。
What We Are Looking For
- Top university graduate, new graduate or 1–2 years out of school. Major is flexible, but strong logic and learning ability are required.
- AI-native builder who has experimented with AI products, agents, or automation tools and can show concrete work.
- Strong product intuition and business empathy, with the ability to understand unfamiliar business contexts quickly.
- High initiative, energy, and execution drive.

- 在社区或自媒体有 AI 相关产出和影响力。
- 能用工作流工具甚至轻代码把想法做出来。
Nice to Have
- Product, operations internship, or startup experience.
