Volunteer Opportunity: AI x Robotics Summit Jessy Tang is helping recruit several volunteers for a summit focused on the core AI and robotics ecosystem. The summit is hosted by the Artificial Intelligence Robotics Alliance, with the Tsinghua Silicon Valley Chapter participating as a strategic partner. The event will bring together a group of high-impact guests from the front lines of robotics, including scholars and robotics lab leaders from Stanford, MIT, CMU, and other top universities; VPs and founders from major companies such as Oracle and fast-growing robotics startups such as Sklid AI; and global thought leaders including Yuval Noah Harari, author of Sapiens. Speakers and guests will discuss the next stage of opportunity in the robotics era across technology, industry, capital, and social impact. Registration & Check-in Support attendee check-in, badge distribution, and ticket verification. 3. Venue Guidance Help with seating, crowd control, and answering on-site questions. 4. Photography & Videography Support photography, recording, short video creation, and event content capture. 5. Media & Interview Coordination Assist reporters, manage interview logistics, and support media hospitality. 6. Robot Exhibition Team Introduce robots, assist with demos, and help explain technical details. 7. Stage & Presentation Support Support microphones, timing, speaker movement, and stage flow. 8. Logistics & Operations Assist with supplies, catering, on-site coordination, and general event operations. 9. Social Media Operations Support posting, live streaming, and real-time content creation. 10. General Support Team Flexible role for volunteers who can assist wherever needed. Who Should Apply We are looking for reliable, proactive volunteers who are interested in AI, robotics, events, startups, research, media, or community building. Relevant experience is welcome but not required for every role. Strong communication, professionalism, and on-site responsibility are highly valued.
