【Candidate: Solya Ma, 77494 (Katy/Cypress, TX)】 Looking for: private in-home caregiver / elder care (cuidando a persona de la tercera edad). Setting: live-out only. Target areas: Katy/Cinco Ranch/Sugar Land. Schedule: Mon–Fri 8am–3pm (fixed). Can work Saturdays with advance notice/coordination. Start: can start immediately from Thursday. Pay: $18/hr minimum with W-2 + paid vacation (preferred). If no benefits/W-2, minimum $22/hr. Search preference: OK to consider agency roles if they offer W-2 + paid vacation and meet pay needs; OK to see roles without benefits if pay is $22/hr+. Benefits: must-have W-2 + paid vacation (or higher hourly pay instead). Language: English basic (currently studying; can practice). Skills/experience: currently caring for a lady with many health issues; dementia/Alzheimer-type care; bathing assistance; toileting/diaper changes OK; medication assistance; housekeeping/cleaning; laundry; flexible. Transfers/lifting: does NOT want to carry/lift; CAN assist with getting up from bed and transfer to wheelchair. Qualifications: 5 years experience. Has own transportation. Commute: up to 25 miles. No US certificate currently (has one from home country); willing to obtain if required.
