I am Malika Kopbayeva, a data science and quant econ student at Smith College. I have built ETL pipelines in SQL and Python, run NLP sentiment analysis that shaped a product roadmap, and built an AI transcription pipeline for low-resource language audio. I work across Python, SQL, R, and ML tools like HuggingFace and FinBERT. Also President of the Smith College Investment Club with a finance background in DCF modeling and equity research. Based in New York, open to relocation to SF. Actively looking for roles in data science, finance, and product.
