新石器 AIBP 团队招聘：AI 产品经理（5 年以上经验） Experienced AI Product Manager, AIBP Team 地点 / Location: 北京 / Beijing, China 工作方式 / Work Mode: 现场办公 / Onsite 关于团队 AIBP 团队寻找懂业务、能用 AI 工具亲手做 Demo、能把项目从立项推到落地的人。顶尖 AI PM 不一定会写代码，但必须懂模型行为，知道模型能做什么、不能做什么，以及如何判断 AI 输出好不好。 About the Team The AIBP team is looking for people who understand business, can build demos with AI tools, and can drive projects from idea to launch. A great AI PM does not have to be a programmer, but must understand model behavior: what models can do, what they cannot do, and how to evaluate AI output. 一句话定位 能独立深入一个 BU，挖出真痛点、立项、拉通跨部门、把 AI 项目推到落地的资深 AI 产品执行专家。 Role in One Sentence A senior AI product operator who can embed in a business unit, identify real pain points, scope projects, align stakeholders, and push AI projects into real usage. 你会做什么 - 驻扎业务 BU，挖掘痛点，判断哪些环节适合用 AI / Agent 替代或增强，也判断哪些不该用 AI。 - 主导 AI 项目全生命周期：发现机会、立项、交付 MVP、复盘、下一轮。 - 定义并维护立项模板、评估标准和效果衡量口径。 - 跟业务 VP 和一线团队对话，把 AI 项目的价值讲成业务听得懂的故事。 - 用 Coze / Dify / Cursor 等工作流工具亲手做 Demo 验证想法。 What You Will Do - Embed in business units to discover pain points and decide where AI or agents should or should not be used. - Own the lifecycle of AI projects from opportunity discovery to scoping, MVP delivery, review, and iteration. - Define templates, evaluation standards, and success metrics for AI projects. - Communicate AI project value clearly to business VPs and frontline teams. - Build demos yourself using workflow tools such as Coze, Dify, Cursor, or similar tools. 我们希望你具备 - 5 年以上产品、运营、咨询或业务相关经验，独立负责过产品或业务线并做出结果。 - 能独立用 LLM 和工作流工具做出 Demo。 - 懂模型行为，知道哪些业务环节适合用 AI、哪些不该用。 - 能把复杂技术翻译成业务听得懂的语言。 - 跨部门推动力强，能把项目从好主意推到上线且有人用。 What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in product, operations, consulting, or business-facing roles, with ownership of a product or business line. - Ability to build demos independently with LLMs and workflow tools. - Understanding of model behavior and where AI is or is not appropriate. - Ability to translate complex technology into clear business language. - Strong cross-functional execution, pushing projects from idea to launch and real usage. 加分项 - 有 HRBP / BP 型角色经验。 - 做过数据驱动的运营或增长，有评估 / A/B 测试经验。 - 有 0 到 1 搭流程经验。 Nice to Have - HRBP or business partner-style experience. - Data-driven operations or growth experience, including evaluation or A/B testing. - Experience building processes from zero to one.
