Jiayu Wang is building an AI recruiting startup and looking for a part-time technical cofounder or founding collaborator. The ideal person has strong AI skills and can help prototype and build practical AI-powered recruiting tools, including agent workflows, candidate matching, automation, and hiring intelligence. Looking for someone technical, hands-on, comfortable with early-stage ambiguity, and interested in recruiting or talent marketplaces. Location: Salt Lake City or remote. Availability: part-time. Must-have: AI skills. Compensation/equity: no equity currently offered.
