The AIBP team brings AI into real business workflows and bridges the gap between enterprise operations and AI capabilities. 一句话定位 能独立深入一个业务 BU，从理解痛点到交付一个被真实使用的 AI 应用，全程自己扛下来的资深工程师。 Role in One Sentence A senior engineer who can embed in a business unit, understand real pain points, and independently deliver AI applications that are actually used by real users. 你会做什么 - 驻扎 1–2 个业务 BU，深入一线摸清业务流，判断哪些环节能用 AI 顶上。 - 独立完成从 0 到 1 的 AI 应用交付：需求拆解、方案设计、RAG / Agent / API 对接开发、上线、持续迭代。 - 把样板项目跑通、跑稳，并沉淀成可复制的工程范式。 - 与业务 VP 和一线团队直接对话，讲清技术可行性，并定义项目效果衡量方式。 - 参与定义 AI 项目流水线，包括技术选型规范、数据打通标准和工程交付实践。 What You Will Do - Embed with 1–2 business units to understand frontline workflows and identify where AI can create leverage. - Own 0-to-1 AI application delivery, including requirement breakdown, solution design, RAG / agent / API integration, launch, and iteration. - Turn pilot projects into stable, repeatable engineering patterns. - Work directly with business VPs and frontline teams to explain technical feasibility and define success metrics. - Help shape the AI delivery pipeline, including technical standards, data integration patterns, and engineering practices. 我们希望你具备 - 5 年以上软件 / AI 工程经验，做过企业级系统。 - 至少独立主导过 1 个上过线、被真实用户持续使用的 AI 应用。 - 能独立完成 RAG、Agent 编排、系统和数据对接的全栈交付。 - 熟练使用主流 LLM API 与 Agent 框架，例如 LangGraph / LangChain 等。 - 有很强的客户或业务沟通能力，能把模糊需求推进到上线。 What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of software or AI engineering experience, ideally with enterprise-grade systems. - At least one AI application shipped to production and continuously used by real users. - Ability to own full-stack delivery across RAG, agent orchestration, systems, and data integration. - Familiarity with mainstream LLM APIs and agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain. - Strong business communication and field execution skills. 加分项 - 有 Forward Deployed / 解决方案工程 / 交付型工程师经验。 - 搭建过模型评估体系，能处理幻觉、回归、grounding 等问题。 - 有私有化部署、数据合规或企业数据打通经验。 - 做过某模块或项目的端到端技术 owner。 Nice to Have - Forward Deployed, solutions engineering, or delivery engineering experience. - Experience building model evaluation systems for hallucination, regression, and grounding issues. - Experience with private deployment, data compliance, or enterprise data integration. - End-to-end technical ownership of a module or project.
