Title: AI Ecosystem Growth Associate Location: San Francisco Bay Area Snaplii/A2M is building an AI-driven payment and marketing ecosystem. This role represents Snaplii in the Silicon Valley AI and technology community, with a focus on turning event conversations into partner relationships. Responsibilities: - Register for and attend relevant AI, startup, venture capital, and technology events across the Bay Area. - Represent Snaplii/A2M professionally with founders, VCs, operators, and technology leaders. - Build and maintain relationships across the AI ecosystem. - Manage event presence before, during, and after events, including preparation, on-site conversations, follow-up, and tracking. - Convert high-quality conversations into partnership opportunities, product discussions, and strategic introductions. Ideal candidate: - Early-career professional or recent graduate with strong interpersonal instincts. - Extroverted, high-EQ, comfortable initiating conversations in rooms full of founders, investors, and senior operators. - Strong event hustle: organized, proactive, reliable, and willing to attend frequent in-person events. - Fluent English communication required; Mandarin is a strong asset. - Curious about AI, payments, FinTech, marketing technology, startups, and ecosystem building.
