I'm JC — an operations professional based in LA, actively looking for my next role and available within 30 days. **What I do:** I currently lead Operations at EduOps (eduops.io), where I build organizations' "operating systems" — Notion-based knowledge management environments, SOPs, and workflows that make teams run better. I also do part-time advisory work for an online lending platform, focused on landing first customers and lending partners. **What I'm looking for:** - Operations or Project Management roles at an AI or tech company - Open to Partnerships roles as well - Based in LA; open to relocating to SF if the right offer is on the table **Why I'd be a great fit:** I'm hands-on with process design, cross-functional coordination, and building structure from scratch — exactly what fast-moving AI/tech teams need.
