Epoller is hiring a Senior IT HR Recruiter. Work mode: Remote / hybrid Epoller is a growing technology company focused on building high-impact digital products and scaling engineering teams globally. The company is looking for a Senior IT HR Recruiter who can attract and hire top-tier tech talent. Responsibilities: - Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and IT roles - Build pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill positions - Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy - Source candidates via LinkedIn, Slack/Discord communities, and referrals - Improve employer branding and candidate experience - Track and optimize recruiting metrics Requirements: - 5+ years of IT / technical recruiting experience - Proven success hiring senior engineers or niche tech roles - Strong sourcing skills including Boolean, communities, and outbound - Startup or fast-scaling environment experience - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work independently and move fast Nice to have: Experience hiring in web3, blockchain, SaaS, or backend engineering roles; global/remote hiring; ATS and sourcing tools.
