I build **Unicorn Commander**, a multi-tenant AI operations suite (25+ containerized services: meeting intelligence, agent-driven accounting, email ops, CRM, project management, knowledge management) running on our own GPU inference fleet — privacy-first and self-hosted, with an MCP interface on every app so AI agents can operate the business under scoped permissions.
