# Founder Intern (Growth Engineer Intern) — Monid In person, San Francisco ## About Monid Monid is the openrouter for agent tools. Your agent describes what it needs, Monid discovers the right tools, and routes the call — all metered under a single balance. One skill, one balance, every tool your agent needs. We're building the connective tissue for the agent economy: instead of wiring up a dozen integrations and juggling a dozen bills, an agent gets one skill and Monid handles discovery, routing, and metering. It's an enormous space, we're early, and we move fast. We're backed by top investors and growing quickly — which means this is a real chance to build something from the ground floor. ## The role You'll operate like an early founding team member: shipping product, running growth experiments, talking to users, and using AI agents to do the work of a much larger team. A typical week might include: - Shipping features and internal tools end to end (you're a builder first) - Running growth experiments — content, launches, developer outreach, distribution - Building in public: writing, posting, and putting our work in front of developers and agent builders - Wiring up AI agents to automate research, outreach, ops, and anything else that shouldn't take a human's whole day - Talking to users and feeding what you learn straight back into the product ## Who you are - You want to be a founder. This internship is a launchpad, and we want someone treating it that way. - You've built a lot. Side projects, hackathons, tools, apps, whatever — you have a track record of shipping things, not just talking about them. - You've built in public or run social media. You've put your work out there, grown an audience, run an account, or otherwise know how to make people pay attention. - You're AI-native. You use AI agents to multiply yourself — automating, building, and shipping at a pace that wouldn't be possible otherwise. - You're fast, scrappy, and high-agency.
