Hiring BD / Growth in SF Bay Area to drive user acquisition for an AI product

We're looking for a scrappy, user-obsessed Business Development / Growth person in the SF Bay Area to help bring users onto our AI product. You'll be the bridge between the product and the real world — reaching out to potential users, communities, and partners; running experiments to figure out what actually gets people to sign up and stick around; and feeding insights back to the team. **What you'll do:** - Identify, reach out to, and onboard target users and early adopters - Build and activate user communities, partnerships, and distribution channels - Run growth experiments: outreach, events, content collabs, product-led loops - Talk to users constantly — understand pain points and translate them into product feedback - Help define and execute our go-to-market motion for the SF market and beyond **What we're looking for:** - Based in SF (Bay Area) — you're embedded in the ecosystem - 2–5 years in BD, growth, partnerships, or community-building (startup experience preferred) - Hustler energy: you know how to get meetings, open doors, and close deals with users/partners - Strong communicator — you can pitch the product simply and convincingly - Bonus: experience in AI, developer tools, or consumer social products **Role type:** Full-time or serious contract to hire **Location:** SF Bay Area, in-person / hybrid If you're excited about the intersection of AI and people-to-people connection, and you want to be the person who makes growth happen from the ground up — let's talk.
