Pluvo is hiring a Fullstack Developer. It handles onboarding, safety training, certifications, and skills management. The team is building the layer between learning and operational compliance: skills matrices, certificate expiry tracking, and workflows that trigger retraining automatically. Claude is a core part of the dev workflow. The team is looking for someone who directs AI and understands what is behind the output. Team: 6 developers, 18 people total.
