Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Work mode: Hybrid / local Compensation: EUR 32k-EUR 55k Stack: Python/Django, GraphQL, React, TypeScript Contact directly: info@pluvo.com Website: https://pluvo.com/ Pluvo is a learning management system used by 600+ organizations and 150,000 users, from cultural institutions to safety regions and industrial companies. It handles onboarding, safety training, certifications, and skills management. The team is building the layer between learning and operational compliance: skills matrices, certificate expiry tracking, and workflows that trigger retraining automatically. Claude is a core part of the dev workflow. The team is looking for someone who directs AI and understands what is behind the output. Team: 6 developers, 18 people total.
